Delivery Information

At London Trimmings (Wholesale) Ltd, we aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service
for all our customers. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

▣ Standard deliveries are made to mainland UK only.
▣ Deliveries to Ireland and the Isle of Wight are available at a fixed shipping fee
of £23.40, using a 2–3 working day service.
▣ Customers wishing to place orders for countries not listed should
email enquiries@londontrimmings.co.uk to enquire about international postage
fees.

Delivery Charges

▣ Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £150 (excluding extra-heavy items).
▣ Orders under £150: £8 (DHL tracked service).

Extra-heavy items:

▣ Any order containing an extra-heavy item will incur a delivery fee
between £13–£24, depending on the number of extra-heavy items.
▣ Standard (non-heavy) items included in the same parcel do not add any extra
charge.
▣ Products that fall under the “extra-heavy” category will be clearly identified
in the product description.
All delivery charges are calculated and applied automatically at checkout.

Dispatch Times

▣Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch orders received by 1pm the same working day.
▣Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the
next working day.

Returns & Refunds

▣ Unused items that are still sealed and in their original condition can be returned within 28 days of delivery.
▣ Faulty items will be refunded in full in line with UK consumer law.
▣ Refunds apply to the cost of the goods only and do not include the original delivery charge.
▣ Custom zips, cut-to-length items and special orders cannot be returned unless faulty.
▣ All orders are subject to stock availability.

▣ Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is entered correctly.
London Trimmings cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to
incorrect or incomplete address details.
