Delivery Information

At London Trimmings (Wholesale) Ltd, we aim to provide a fast and reliable delivery service for all our customers. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Delivery Coverage

  • Standard deliveries are made to mainland UK only.
  • Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight: we're currently working on accepting website orders for delivery to Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight. In the meantime, please email your order to enquiries@londontrimmings.co.uk and we'll send you a quotation including delivery. This is usually around £23.40 for a 2–3 working day service. Please don't place these orders through the website. Any website order with a delivery address in Northern Ireland or the Isle of Wight will be put on hold. We'll contact you with a delivery quotation, and if you'd rather not go ahead, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
  • Customers wishing to place orders for countries not listed should email enquiries@londontrimmings.co.uk to enquire about international postage fees.

Delivery Charges

  • Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £150.
  • Orders under £150: £8 (DHL tracked service).
  • Large items:
    • Orders under £150 containing a large item have a flat £15 delivery charge instead of the standard £8. Orders over £150 still qualify for free delivery.
    • Standard items included in the same parcel do not add any extra charge.
    • Large items are clearly marked on the product page.
  • All delivery charges are calculated and applied automatically at checkout.

Dispatch Times

  • Stock permitting, we aim to dispatch orders received by 1pm the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Click & Collect

  • You can collect your order free of charge from London Trimmings, 41B Antill Road, Tottenham Hale, London N15 4AS.
  • Opening hours: Monday to Thursday 9:30am–5pm; Friday 9:30am–12pm and 3pm–5pm. Closed weekends and bank holidays.
  • Orders are usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours. Orders placed outside opening hours will be prepared the next working day.
  • Please wait for your "ready for pickup" email before coming in, and bring your order confirmation email or order number.
  • Uncollected orders are held for 14 days, after which they may be cancelled and refunded. Refunds will not be provided for custom zips and cut-to-length goods which have not been collected.

  • Delivery information applies only to orders placed directly through our website.
  • All delivery terms are in accordance with UK consumer law.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is entered correctly. London Trimmings cannot be held liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
